Well...I finally got my hands on one and was able to test it out! Somewhere on the inner-web I read that you could use this tool for removing axle-bolts, as a bottle-opener, peanut butter knife or even a tire lever. So I tried all intended purposes out and have come to my conclusion. The 3wrencho works great for almost all intended purposes. I would go as far to say that the 3wrencho is the best multi-functional petite 15mm out there.
The Surly Jethro Tool works well as a 15mm but can not be used as a tire-lever, the Paragon Machine Works Ti 15mm is much lighter and works great as a bottle-opener but can't torque rear track axle-bolts down nearly tight enough. The 3wrencho has no problems getting your axle-bolts as tight as need be...I was actually surprised how easy it was to tighten them down.
As a tire-lever the 3wrencho performs well on loose tires or as the base lever(the lever not sliding around the rim.) I found that if you have a tighter than usual tire that you are trying to remove the metal lever can dig into to your rim while trying to push it around. I would suggest carrying a plastic tire lever with you as well if you know you have a stubborn tire or two.
If you can open a bottle with a lighter you can open one with this... it is that easy. But there is no actual bottle-opener unlike the Surly Jethro Tool and the Paragon Machine Works Ti 15mm. So if you can't open a bottle with a lighter I would highly suggest getting yourself one of these for your key-chain.
The 3wrencho is too short to actually function as a peanut butter knife. You can hardly reach into the nearly empty peanut butter jar and the when spreading it is very diffiult to handle because you have very little room to actually hold it. If your going to be spreading more peanut butter than riding I would stick to the Campagnolo Peanut Butter Wrench.
All in all a great little tool and the price ain't bad either!
